1998 Honda Civic EX P1337 Code

My 1998 Honda Civic Ex through a P1336 code, I did a complete tuneup and now it is giving me a P1337--anyone run into this problem--the car runs great--but the CEL still is on Any Suggestions?

P1337 Engine Speed (RPM) Fluctuation Sensor No Signal

not sure what will cause that

I think the codes are different for a 1994 then a 1998--Thanks
