Hello There:


I left door open and the battery died on my CRV. So, I got new one from dealer. The Honda dealer, where I bought CRV does not have records of codes for this CRV year. Thus, they told me that it will take a while for them to figure out. It has been over 2 months and they keep giving the story that they have not figure out yet. So, I am asking anyone out there, if someone can tell me what's the code for this model. It is very frustrating not hearing music and I used my CRV daily.

I will really appreciated.

They're suposed to look up your vin # and give you a code.

how can they not know??? they should know..i suggest call another Honda Dealership..and ask for the parts department....try to take out ur radio and give them the serial#...they can find the code for it easier..and there's no way to get the code other than the dealership or from the owner's manual package u got when u bought the car NEW

Did you drive the CRV to the dealership where you were asking for the code? They get a little suspicious of people walking in off the street asking for radio codes, given how often Hondas are stolen. Show them your VIN and title and maybe they will help you.
