obd2a DLC
for anyone thats even interested here is the pin out of the obd2a diagnostic plug under the dash for 96-99 integra.
16 pin harness: only 5 wires are used
ECU connect -- obd2a plug color -- connection/description
C8--------------- grn/wht -- ---------k-line (for jdm rhd itr; color is LT BLU)
A9--------------- brn/lk -- -----------LG1 (logic ground 1)
A10-------------- blk -- --------------PG1 (power ground 1)
not connected to ecu -- wht/red -- under hood fuse #43 7.5amp
not connected to ecu-- Lt blu -- srs main harness pin 15; on the 18 pin plug
