Shorty'z whats up? I too am curious to know. I've been working on building up a head for FI and just got a set of SS valves in standard size. Wondering how much of a difference larger valves will make and what type of machine work needs to be done to the head in order to fit them.

as far as i have found, P&P and most headwork, besides maybe cames, will not give a whole lot of gain until your running alot of HP

the best head improvement for flow is a valve job, making the air miss the valves better will yield more power than an oversived valve

oversizing valves helps, esp. w/boost... intake valves mostly, exhaust is not necsry.

In general terms, a .5mm oversized valve is good for about 10 cfm more flow over the stock size when everything else remains equal.
