Re: Recommend any coilovers ?

Tein Basic will NOT give you the stance look at all. For that price range the only two options I can think of are Function and Form Type 1, and Yonaka's. These two are basically the same tbh. I'd...

Re: 16x9 on my civic

That set up will fit, as long as you roll your fenders, and possibly pull them a bit.
I ran 15x8 +0 w/ 165/50 on my 97 Civic. Here is a picture that shows your set up and mine are very close to...

Re: What EF should I get?

I've always had a special place in my heart for EF Wagons, and also inclined towards Sedans. My .02 cents are those two.

Re: SHARE YOUR STANCE - The guide to achieving that ideal setup...

I doubt it since the American Eagle Alloy Series 28's came in 15x8 and 15x10 (mine are 16x7), also the sides of the star on the ARE wheels are bigger than the AEA. The lip is also different because...

Re: Best rates for coilovers

Not trying to get into a huge debate/argument but at the height that my car is sitting (or was since it's not in winter mode) they ride better than any other suspension set up I've had/been in....

Re: Do you think this is pretty? or nah?

To each his own. He wants to paint his engine green? let him do so lol. Do I like it? not at all, but I'm not trying to bash him or talk smack.

Re: Help please with fitment

Seems like +35 offset would fit just fine. I used willtheyfit.com to compare wheels and offset (assuming your stock wheels are 17x7 w 215/45 which is what google said is stock).
If anything you'd...

Re: EJ1 pulls left when let off gas

Alignment issue? worn out bushings? Possibly tie rod issue? I would inspect and check if there are any suspension components that look worn out.

Re: First Honda -- Must knows?

Do the check ups that your Owner's manual says. Regular oil changes (as often as your owner's manual says again), and don't beat your car for no reason (red lining, etc). Hondas are pretty good cars...

Re: Best rates for coilovers

Here's a picture of my car. D2 "Super Low" 14k up front and 8.5k rear. IMO these ride amazing, even on the stiffest dampening setting. Like a lot of people have said, It all comes down to personal...

Wheels: American Racing
Specs (i.e. size, width, offsets): 16x7 ~15 (not sure of offset since wheels don't say and I have adapters 4x100 to 4x114.3)
Tire specs: 165/45 all around
Suspension setup:...

Re: Best rates for coilovers

I'm running 14k up front and 8.5k rear. My set up is also dampening, so I like how it rides for the height it sits at.

Re: "EF" suspension in "EK" ?

From what I have researched EF shocks are shorter, so basically the purpose is to go lower than my current set up.
