you can run there spring on oem rockers, the ONLY time you change ur oem rockers is when you run v-tec killer cams, single lobe cams. Other wise you can run any spring.

I mean from 28-30 passes what do you expect lol..... there 150$ springs compared to the ferrea 300$ springs. supertech has done me justice.

CSS is the way to go, cheap alternative to sleeving and they guarantee to 500hp but are proven to hold to 800+.... But they warranty 500/or 1 year of sleeve cracking. Good product for less then 400$...

@Trey couldn't of said it better. Its just a bigger stroke that makes it a 1.7

But basically a b16 so any type of fastener you would want to use mains, head studs ect.... go for the b16's....

BTW THIS IS ALL VALVES when they open there all uneven I don't understand why. I seated them correctly. I watched numerous tutorial videos and read so much information to make sure that I did it...

so just reseat the valves? When I was seating them the pitch change sounded good and it felt great.. ill throw some compound and do the seating again to see but it seemed good. A buddy of mine said...

This is not my first time around a vtec head, ive done many valve seal jobs no problem. But my first time building a head this is a experience very easy? I think not.......

you can buy some type r reps for 90 bucks with rings. get arp rod bolts, your stock rods shopeened and as for the head get some skunk2 pro1's on supertech valvetrain. Preferably supertech part #...

any b series vtec head is good on any lsv build. But if your going for a build like the one i am shooting for it doesnt even matter what head your using. Ports are gonna be ports..

interesting. My friend got 250 or so on a b20v Type R rep pistons, built head. e85 no spray. Werid why I couldn't see that number. And xenocrone tuned his car.
