Yes ATF in a standard tranny. It works better because it keeps the tranny cooler and it helps keep everything cleaner inside because of the detergents it has. I Also find it shifts smoother using it,...

What oil are you running in it? If you have to heavy oil in it, that will cause that to happen.

Rear diff fluid does needs to be change just like any other vehicle, they are nothing like a motorcycle.

You should be changing it every 60,000 miles (100,000 kms) same with the transmission...

The fluid in the rear end still needs to be changed regularly just like any other fluid, just like you would your tranny, coolant. Change the fluid to start with and see if that helps with it.

Every vehicle goes negative camber when you lower them. It's just more noticeable on the CRV's since they are already negative camber stock.

Well you need to check to see which one is the worse of the ones that need to be replaced. Replace the worse one next, and then do the others when you get the money.

scan the vehicle to see if you get any codes from it. It could be coolant temp, throttle position sensor, map sensor, 02 sensor.

The only real thing to loo at when buying one, is check the drive shaft out. The u-joints light to get play in them, and you can't buy aftermarkets ones the work really.
