I'm going to rent a pressure gauge to check the fuel pressure. How hard is it to change out the fuel pump on a 91 honda civic dx. My car is the calif. exempt. No EGR.

this morning it did it again. On the second attempt I turn the key over one click, enough to start the dash lights on. After the cel light went out I turned over the engine. It fired right up.

Will do. I thinking of having my battery tested. I left my lights on ovr night about 2 weeks ago I completey drained it. I know this is grasping for straws but I really don't know what else it could...

It happen again this morning. I can get it to start after I turn the key off and on a few times. But it stutters for amin, kinda like it's flooded. I turned it off ,then tired again. It fired right...

I also noticed that if I thottle the pedal in neutral it shudders for a sec. But, the next thottle it revs up correctly.

Wouldn't it run really bad if I was off one tooth? This car drives well, sounds great. I pulled the newer O2 sensor yestrday. it looked like new. No build up on it. I have ot had the CEL light on...

It caused my car to surge when I tried to accerate. I zipped tied it open until I can get to the troubleshooting this weekend. Will his cause any problems?

I'm missing the 12v on the black and yellow wire. If this wasn't working correctly, could it effect my O2 sensor?

Today I chck the voltage to my tandem valve control soleniod. I'm missing the 12 volts. Could that mak the O2 go out. Also the build-up on the O2 was white.

Where is a good place to start trouble shooting? Could the dashpot tandem control valve cause it to run rich?

I zipped tied mine wide open about a year ago. I have been through 3 O2 sensors. I am wondering if the zip tie is causing the O2 to fail.

I have a 91 honda civic. 2 weeks ago, the CEL went on. It was a single red flash on the ECU. which is the O2 sensor. I replaced the sensor and cleared the Code by removing the battery overnight....
