What about checking any other entry points for coolant leaks. I'm not too familiar with B-series but check to see if the coolant that passes through the throttle body isn't leaking by. #2 and #3...

Your oil filter may be constricting oil flow....

Your oil filter may be constricting oil flow. Honda's can build up quite the oil pressure, especially during high rpm's. This constriction can add pressure or even a buildup of oil around your seals...
