I'm having trouble locating the cop sensor....Where is it exactly? any pics or diagrams would help.

I have a 1990 4 door ex that wont go past 4000 revs. When I get on the freeway or simply drive fast the car hits 4k and wont go faster till it shifts. Example: I am on 1st gear and started...
