Did a CB9 trunk floor conversion, clear corners with amber bulbs, red and clear tail lights, picked up a '93 Prelude that has a fresh H22A swap with 5 speed complete...

It has to be a code 4, which is what you said it was, the Crank Position Sensor. In all the lists I have found, I have never seen a code 40.

Check your fan relays or fan switch. Also check your temp sending unit.Also check to see if your thermostat is fully functioning.

Easy fix. The loss of power is caused by the plugs being covered in oil which is causing a misfire. You need to replace the o-rings that fit between the rocker assembly and the head around the spark...

Yes, clean them. Remember, after all of that is done, you need to refill your coolant (When you remove your FITV, you lose a little coolant, so fill and bleed your coolant to prevent air from getting...

Replace your head gasket. Also, while you're in there, replace the o-rings between your rocker assembly and spark plug holes.
