Damn Seat-Belts. My seatbelt is a little sluggish on the return. Once in a while it will hang out the door and cause a ruckus, pissing me off. What to do? Replace the WHAT? Little help please.

Could be leaky valve cover. Hopefully its not a leaky head gasket, could do it too. More plugs would probably have oil if it were your head gasket. No temporary fix. New gaskets are a must.
