I'm also willing to lower the price even more if certain parts are not needed. For example, if you are using a KPRO, you wouldn't need this ecu, key and ignition.

This might be common because I'm about to do this same job on my ex 5 speed and I have watched several videos on how to do it. One of the videos shows the tech tapping the countershaft bearing back...

Very nice. Whenever I pull them out I don't bother with the cluster trim piece. I remove the bottom lower console (four screws) then after removing the radio you can use a long phillips screw...

Good to know. Replacing the clutch/flywheel is not hard on these so I guess that would be one of the first things to correct. Is the weight too light because of how high rpms can get?

Owner's dad just told me that the clutch was replaced with ACT 6 puck and so was the flywheel with a 8lb.

I guess that's better than nothing, you would think the lower rotational drag would net more than that. I'll have to throw some stickers on there for the real hp.

Awesome info to know. At least that means that less power is being drained from the B16. I'm sure these cars are easy to drive with a manual rack and it will be more fun to autocross too!
