Ok so this is what i did Just 5 mins ago and it took me 10 mins since my car ran out of juice, i had to hook it up to another car to have it charged for like 5 mins.

Ok There is no #31 Fuse under the hood fusebox unless you're talking about the one that is inside.

KK thanks for replying to my thread Ron.

Yes, I do have a multimeter.

First : i disconnected the starter solenoid, it didnt start at all on ON(III)
Second: I turned the key to ON(III) and Hold...

no sparks.

and Fuse # 9 was not blown. and it had a 15 on it not a 10.

but i can tell you this, Fuse # 31 is not blown and its not working unless that works when the car is on.

nope Zero sparks.

And when it does by the time i go to see how its sparking, it turns off. I am going to check and see if fuse 9 is blown. one sec.

Thats what i don't understand, Why it starts...

1. 1998 lx d16y7 everything is stock on it.
2. Timing belt is not snapped or stripped.
3. the coil did give battery voltage back then, but it was jumpy, the secondary was jumpy if i remember, not...

I put the new ecu and it still didnt spark.

and i am putting a new video of what i did, kind of...

so i'll post it in like 10 mins.

I think my problem has this kind of problem.

its a d16y7 engine and I've changed the Dizzy,mainrelay and it hasnt started.

and i checked my fuse box
