Its a stock CB4 accord lip. Fits rather well, both ends line up on either side with no trimming needed.

I had this very issue in my 02.
Turned out to be the clutch master.
However there where no leaks so it was semi hard to diag at first.
If the system is bled out properly I would look to the CMC...
