What yr of accord? Check your ground packs for good connection, they're usually located behind the head lights on the fender well. if it is unmounted it can issues like this.

Delta Flow was originally designed for V8 mustangs. Try a Greddy 2 or DC Sports muffler. I've heard Magniflow sounds good as well

Update: I tested the fuel pressure and it's reading 60 psi now. I also reset the ECU, the cel 43 code came back within 10 minutes of driving. Almost to my wits end with this issue.

No I haven't yet... I know the regulator was bad as I was getting 28 psi instead of 45psi. Thanks in advance Look forward to positive confirmation
