Well i found out the problem was that the radiator fan got stuck and wasnt working and blew the fuse.. so we replaced the fuse and now the radiator fan works, took it for a drive up a mountain to see...

We just replaced the water pump last weekend, tranny feels fine and the engine doesn't vibrate alot

Is there a chance it could be something in the engine? You can't really hear the sound when the car is cold but after warm up, its louder.
