The IAC should have a resistance of about 12 Ohms. Also test the IAC from one of the connectors to the body of the IAC. It should read Infinite ohms. I have 3 extras let me know if you need one. ...

The crack goes from the back of the o2 sensor down the back. Its sealed up with furnace cement and the soapy water test yields very few tiny bubbles.

bled coolant, checked for vac leaks. Reset computer and did relearn procedure. drove fine for 30 minutes. Then light comes on and drivablity issues return. Starting to get annoying.

I have not checked for vacuum leaks. I will look now. Would a vacuum leak present most problems when the throttle is open since the vacuum will be higher then? My issue is only when off the throttle....
