I had the same problem. We tapped the socket wrench with a hammer gently to get it on tight, then tightened it a little then is loosened right up.

So far this seems the issue. Checked the plug and well in question and the plug was loose. I KNOW I triple checked it last week when I put them in but it was a $1 plug lol
