if it was the fuel filter and been doing it since you got the car then it would get progressively worse. try messing with the idle screw and possibly cleaning the iacv.

thats sounds like a bad speed sensor or a dirty connection on the sensor

could be a dirty iacv or vacuum lines could be in the wrong place or idle screw could be too closed..theres a lot of things that could affect the idle like that.

check all you vacuum lines, maybe a vac leak somewhere.

Just try to find someone with a b16 that they are parting out of a stock one in the marketplace. Buying an cheap ebay manifold is like not wearing protection, you will pay for it in the long run...

It was early in the morning..lol..but thats what i wanted to say..and as far as it looks its hard to tell if they are bent, u going to have to run test to check that part.

Thats your valve seals..your valves are under the valve cover. You should know if your have bent valves by the sound it would make when the car is running.

Thats not bad i would have asked 4500 or 5000..thats a pretty clean hatch..if the car has no problems i dont see why you wouldnt easily get that..dont go down on your price at all.

No you need the speed sensor that goes on that tranny..find a speed sensor and swap it out, that sounds like the problem.

u need a wideband to measure that sunpro is a narrow band so your not going to get an accurate reading.

You would notice a bent valve..did u adjust the idle screw on the throttle body and are your vacuum lines hooked up right?

IACV may be bad or need to be cleaned or try to adjust the screw on your throttle body, my b16 did the same thing and i adjusted that screw and it was fine.

I think pepboys does it for $15 bucks a piece also, if you have one near you. Other than that mechanic shops will do them for you for a price. If your not sure how to do it, $60 bucks isnt a bad...

either your wiring got messed up or your speed sensor went out, and your check engine code will be 17 which is speed sensor and the reason your vtec isn't working is because your cel is on and...
