Sorry if I said dc if aluminium I meant ac plus use the red tungsten its harder and you can keep your point much easier...also if aluminium then that's even more of a must for acetone!! Aluminium...

Use acetone and when your getting holes such as you are and black soot...usually the black soot is gas and even flakes into the air...clean the surface with acetone..this will break down oil or...

Sounds like either the head lifted and another head gasket is gone thats worst case..but high idle also could be an intake leak or vacuum leak...when you took head and intake off if all was torgued...

May need to replace caliper..if it sticks while driving and your not touching the pedal it could be numerous things..but if its sticking while not applying the brake the caliper may just be shot due...

3/32 RED..because you can use a sharper point which will make you control your bead better and o lala it will make a huge difference than the old school green with switching to dc to get a perfect...

Yes keep amps up!! Till mirror look appears then put first small dab..be sure to stick to the red or green color coded..RED(hardest)for aluminum/carbon..this is the hardest and make a sharp point but...

Like stated I have a eg hatch at 447@whp and its my daily driver. The major key is the builder and the tuner..if your gonna take "time" to do this then take the "time" to do it right the first time...
