I'm almost assuming the whole setup had made a brick of my front end and there isn't much movement in the control arms or springs which brings up the tire slightly as the car rolls .

Thanks for the info. So I'm assuming he swapped the engine with the JDM and then put a 90 Si head on it as in it the JDMs was bad and kept the original tranny?

Look at the bottom right of that page where it says "ALL". It is a universal Honda Optional Part just like the Optional Aluminum Billet Battery Tie Down.

Still just as good. It's just a piece of plastic. The MK4 ones are more complex and there is no hang up with them either on a fast stop.
