a buddies sleeved h22a with a hx40 (similiar to the s360) make 506hp 380 tq on 19 psi with 9:1 compression

too many smart asses around here, gotta get used to it.

its definitely sleeved. Check for cracks, and pitting in the cylinder walls before purchasing.

You can hit 500whp with the 1000cc's on 92 or 93 but the duty cycle will be 80%+, but its not possible with e85, if e85, 1000cc too small. measure the compressor wheel and exhaust wheel...

um no, changing the pistons to lower the compression is the only way, besides getting a new head, but the difference is minuscule.

check the compression and see if it merits a rebuild. address the oil leaks, exhaust leaks. don't be lazy. that 3" charge pipe only adds lag. 2.5" is ideal for your setup, but too late for that.

was the deck of the block flat?

did you resurface the head?

did you use copper spray on your head gasket, or...

I would not do that, since you arent supporting the turbo at all. I would lay the turbo on the floor and use a 2x4 and put it against the turbo and hit the wood, this will make sure it doesn't fly...
