positive crank case valve, are you sure

that ugly box n the back on a d16a6 engine with a broken one way valve, could I run it into an oil catch can, or an oil air separator? if so who has pictures on how to plug/reroute?

D16 rods won't work - the rod journals on the D16 cranks are 45mm and on the D15 cranks, they are 42mm - for building a D15, you are better off starting out with the JDM D15B VTEC engine which uses...

i heard somewhere that the journal for the b2 is .003mm different then a a6 but i have not referenced that to the manual. even so that is such a slight difference i could change bearing thickness....

i have a D16a6 with a spun rod bearing, machine shop just said it would be a waste of metal to machine it...

I threw some rods pistons and head studs in a single cam engine, ran it 1000 miles then spun a bearing with a rod knock,
should have used engine brake in oil!

HAHA^ dude knows what i am saying, have the head machined a couple times and the block decked once, need a little compensation for the missing metal!

i am going to second that, dont daily drive it with that clutch and flywheel, you will either light up the tires every stop or kill it if you try to daily it. and if you light up the Ts every stop...

once again at it again, figured i would switch to head studs rather then bolts
only issue was the camshaft cap bolts one snapped and another twisted like a vine.
