I have a h22a1 in my eg, when vtec engages, the battery lite comes on? Also when vtec engages, u can feel a short burst of umph, but after 6k it flattens out?? Anyone have had, or know of this...

As for honing, not to be a prick, but please don't post incorrect info, h22 has FRM sleeves whick can't be honed/bored (well it can but at that price I mite-as-well sleeve it)

As I said, I'm getting a master rebuild kit, which has every seal, gasket etc. Along with toga main and rod bearings and ring set.....

Fasteners, I forgot about those, head and rod bolts added to...

He always did have fluid in it, what he actually did was mounted a resivior and ran both lines to it. I kno the teg rack has a better ratio but the non-power power steering rack was too hard to use...

I have no experience with j series, but the best advice I can give is get a haynes manual for the J, another for the coupe, and make ur own schematics... That's what I had to do about 5 years ago...

I am still dumbfounded as to why I have no O2 sensor and no CEL, maybe the chip doesn't require one? But u need a wideband to tune it so I dont get it......

Really? 185 is low? I ask because ALLDATA says Usdm h22a1 should be from 135-185psi. This is why I assumed they were good numbers, not to mention the fact they all read 185 excatly. I would think it...
