Thanks for the advice fcm, I do hear my fuel pump prime each time I turn the key twice. I'll properly test the coil and icm and refer to the link above to make sure they're properly in spec and then...

Got a steering wheel without the airbag. Separated the airbag in order to put on my quick release. Currently out of town but pm me your number and I'll send pictures as so as I'm back on Monday.
