99 civic si battery keeps going dead

ive been having problems with the battery dieing..it was located to the trunk then i put it back in the bay and hooked everything up like its supposed to be and its still going dead and the car dies....

Just did a compression test and it came back pretty bad.

#1 - 60
#2 - 50
#3 - 75
#4 - 0

Dont believe there are any leaks. the motor is fresh from a machine shop unless they are just idiots....

messed around with it some more today found a few loose things on the ecu harness but still wont start. waiting for a friend to come try a new basemap and mess with the timing a little bit more.

the dash lights kind of dim while im cranking on it. ive tried 2 different batteries and just got a new one today.

ive tried a friends ecu, the coil is pretty new, the check engine light just stays on, worked on the timing for hours today, i cant check the pulse but u can smell gas pretty good on every plug....

yes i am aware, they are even marked to show u how far down they go. the new ones are the same size as 1 that was taken off a while ago and now that one wont even go in.

99 civic si/b16a swap -- head-block dowel pin fitment

just go my dowels pins in...the ones used to align the head and block and they wont fit. even one of the original ones wont fit. ive air hosed out the hole and have used oil and stillcant get them...

No revlimiter is set at 8200, pull all my plugs out and the one on cylinder 4 has oil on the bottom of it

Also when getting up to 4300 rpms where 2 step is set the car will sometimes sound like it is trying to use 2 step and sometimes I can keep pulling past 4300 all the way to 8

Nope no problems at all before getting the ecu chipped. 2 step will work once I start the car and let it warm up but once I start driving it stops working along with the speedo

just recently got my car running after going turbo i sent my ecu out to phearable for my basemap and took the car out for a test drive once i got it back. My speedo isnt working now and 2 step seems...
