Re: 2003 Accord v6 Front End Collision

Hi there. Sorry to say, you're probably not going to get much help on bodywork here. Also, I believe your pictures show a I4 Accord, not a V6. You would have been better off having a body shop do a...

Re: Should I use an OEM power steering pump?

That was a labor quote from Honda given to my mother. That was the unofficial quote as the official quote would have cost her $95 for the estimate.

Re: 2003 Accord window issue

The alarm on my 03 V6 sedan lowers all the windows when I press the button again. Are you sure you didn't just happen to do this then forced the window up and down causing the problem? Just...

Seems my Accord has a oil jet kit installed to reduce temp to second gearing. Funny as the only vehicles affected by this TSB were Pilot's and Oddy's.

Weird?

So I guess tomorrow I'll spend a...

Re: Should I use an OEM power steering pump?

Thanks CRX. I decided to go with a Duralast PS pump as they're warrantied forever. I was in Autozone and came across Accel PS fluid designed for Honda and Acuras, so I figured, what the hell.

Should I use an OEM power steering pump?

I have decided to go ahead and change the pump. Can I use a replacement part, say from Autozone, or would you recommend I go for a OEM Honda pump? Also, if anyone knows, is the OEM pump Delphi or...

Re: Yet another power steering question before I replace the pump

Thanks BlueKat. Since the hose itself is barely leaking and costs $75, I am going to go with the PS pump. After just replacing the clamps on the hoses (they are one-use) there is no improvement. ...

Hi all. This is a great site. Thanks in advance. I've replaced the o-ring as per Redbull's advice, but the noise has become even louder and the steering has become even harder. Fluid levels are...

Re: Need help with brake noise for 2003 EX

If the noise is still there, check the brake pad clips. I used the new clips that came with the pads and had a constant grinding sound. Fished out the old clips, cleaned them up with a bit of b...

Re: 2006 Accord Brake lights problem

I had both brake lights go bad within two weeks. Finally got around to checking, and it was the bulbs. I believe if the brake light switch goes bad, you should not be able to shift out of P without...
