Transmission is going to come out the bottom. You will need to drain the transmission gear oil, remove axles, mounts, clutch cable, wiring, and place a jack under the engine. You will need to tilt...

Its possible that your evap. is dirty, especially since your cabin filter was.. Pressure readings would probably be the first step though.

Please check your battery ground connections, sand them down to make sure connection is clean. A lot of people check the positive wires but never follow the ground wires and clean those connections.
