Coil helpers or spring rubbers? Check out circle track suppliers, pretty sure when you hear the NASCAR guys talking about adding or removing a "rubbers" that's what they're talking about.

The director of ALSCCA RX told me to find springs that would help my car, if I was going to the Regionals or Nationals I'd be concerned about the letter of the law.

Yes I read your suggestion and researched it and found some EF Hybrid suspension pages/threads. The general consensus was you could run a EG/DA strut and spring by swapping out the forks. Looking...

What do y'all think about running EG/DA shock/spring/fork for the EF? Should give me more travel and possibly stiffer springs? Do the front only or front and rear?

The rear engine mount was cracked around the one bolt almost separated from the rest of the mount. I'll paint the shaft and see if there's further contact. Got my AAA insurance so if I puke a shaft...

Sorry, it's not lowered.

PO did swap for another original engine.

It's a manual.

There is evidence of a wreck (bent fender) but no wrinkles or anything like that in the wheel wheels.

Follow up.... reinspected rear motor mount, had a crack in the mount at one of the bolts. Heading off to the junkyard, I'll let y'all know if it clears it up.

Thanks! I'm pretty sure it's not associated with rotating items and I didn't focus on the condition of mounts just the bolts.

Probably help if I mentioned where the sound is coming from. It's inline or just to the right of the steering column.
