Or the pulley may not be seated properly, possibly due to wear on the pulley. The other thing it could be is the pulley itself has been damaged.

That sounds like it would work. My prefered method is to invite him down to my reloading room for a little chat while I reload 12ga shells with rocksalt, seems to be working so far.:scared:

Check for the code on the inside and outside of the glovebox and also under the hood, sometimes dealers or owners will stick the code sticker in an inconspicuous place. I found mine stuck to the lid...

What year CR-V? What was the code number? Which oxy sensor did you replace? I'm not familiar with the NTK brand sensor, does it have the oem plug end or just a bunch of loose wires, if the wires are...

Try switching #3 with #4, after that if #4 leaks you more than likely need an injector, if #3 leaks you could be into it for a new rail. Are you lubeing (wd-40 etc.)the orings when you install them?

I have had the same issue with one of my 98's. The pressure plates are weak, I spent some money on a heavy duty / racing plate and the issue never resurfaced.
