Lots of Ford models come with this style from the factory, as well as other brands. They work surprisingly very well at not leaking.

if youre concerned with it, just unplug it directly. the airbag light will be on though. takes 2 seconds. 0% chance it'll deploy by unplugging it. ive changed a LOT of these airbags.

inside the steering wheel? turn the wheel so its upside down. theres a small access pannel that can be opened with a small screw driver. unclip the yellow connector.

find a gen 2 if you can. nicer inside, more torque, no timing belt (has a timing chain). If youre thrifty enough you can find one for about the same price.

"honda blue" and "standard green" are the same. the difference being colour. Theyre both ethylene glycol.

You likely dont have all of the air out of the system. get a lisle spill free coolant...

nope, thats bang on. left caster is a little bit high, but theres nothing you can do about that. its not adjustable.

pretty sure the only difference would be the ECU, as the z motor has a knock sensor and a few different things in it, so you would have a check engine light. just run a obd1 ecu with a b20b basemap...
