Secondary butterfly's or a dual runner manifold aren't needed for vtec engagement...and that's def not a skunk2 manifold

I cleared all codes...reset the Ecu..its so strange...I've done b swaps in my civics obd2 to obd1 conversions but never.ran into something so obsurd...all codes cleared no cel and it bogs...unplug...

Had a cel light on...was throwing o2 sensor heater code so I replaced my primary o2 sensor now have an issue with my car bogging at low rpm only in first and second...under harder acceleration there...
