Make sure you have enough brake fluid in the master cylinder. also try to turn the car off and unplug the float switch thats in the master you will see a small two pin connector that is pluged into...

sounds like you have air in the system. it is common for air to get past the oring for the inlet tube on the pump. you should see some leakage on the bottom of the pump around the inlet area. Look...

the thermostat should be ok. make sure your cooling system is full. It is possible that the heater core is restricted but check the coolant level first.

Your tps value on your scanner is to high. it should be .49v as your multimeter shows. The tps value is a learned value in the ecm. check the throttle cable adjustment and see if you can adj it down...
