the code came up as P0715, and my speedometer has been working fine so i doubt is the VSS

Something like this happened to me it ended up being the harmonic balancer although you say the noise is coming from the intake area so im not sure because the harmonix balancer is on the driver side...

Speed sensor is 100 bucks i just hope it's the sensor and not the transmission ;(

this morning i went to take my brother to school and my accord doesnt want to go pass third gear and it's hesitating real bad it's an automatic, about half way to where i was going the check engine...

150k miles, for some reason my accord idles at 500rpms the problem is that the oil light starts flashing when the rpms drop below 750 what could be the cause of this i already replaced the oil...

curtie94, that reminds me, mine has the check engine light on i took it to see what it was and as you mention it's one of the Oxygen Sensors that has to be replaced
