hmm, you noise sounds more mechanical, mine is more intermittent and sounds like a plastic part is moving that shouldn't be.

I think it is more of a rattle than a click. There are no warning lights in the car and it happens whether or not the blower is on.

thanks, it not leaking anymore, however it is burning some oil, but it may just be the oil then went into the cylinders after i pulled the spark plugs

It is definitely an RPM issue, not speed. And i Just replaced both CVs recently and there was no effect on the engine vibration.

it does vibrate in all gears, except maybe in 4th if im on the highway, i never really notice vibration at very high speeds

It is an auto, the vibration is mostly absent in neutral (there is other vibration when the car is very cold), and i am not even sure if the timing belt has actually ever been replaced.
