Re: Cool, someone tightened this crank bolt with no pulley on it.

Or you could take off the starter and put a screw driver to stop the flywheel

Re: B16 trans 5th gear pops out

Check your fluid, that's the first sign usually of low gear oil.

Re: Rear drivers side door wont open

Pull the door panel off again and pull the linkage that opens the door. I'd assume the probably will be obvious if you look.

Re: frozen stick ?

Oil in the transmition usually stiffens up when it's cold, and warms as you drive. A lesser weighted oil would help with this but it shouldn't ever cause the gears to stick. Unless that's an...

Re: Checking Oil

Personally I don't think it matters hot or cold, but I wouldn't check it right after you been running it because like said above all the oil wouldn't have settled down yet. But if it were cold you...

Re: Lowered cars and freeway grooves.

haha do what? The groves are not at all intentional at least not the ones spoke about here. After time roads begin to deteriate after heavy use, everyone using the same path and semi's carrying heavy...

Re: rear driver side wheel looks slanted??

that would have been my second guess but for that to happen I figure you had to actually damage it which I'm sure you would have known about. If it is really that bad it may not be safe to drive. I'd...

Re: rear driver side wheel looks slanted??

Could be an issue with your strut, if the shock is blown it would be lower on that side than the others and the wheel would be tilted more. And it wouldn't be very stable.

Re: ek ls swap ?'s

In theory since I have not done this myself. You will need the original wiring harness from the b18 so all the plugs will be correct and a jumper harness so you will be able to plug it into your...

Re: remove rear view mirror ek coupe!?

Re: $$ ►► THE VALUE THREAD: What's It Worth? Should I Buy? What's the Cost?◄◄ $$

Absolutley, the body seems to line up pretty well but it's obvious it's been damaged by the rainbow of colors. But for a first car/ project I'd say its a perfect candidate. Be sure to look over it...

Re: $$ ►► THE VALUE THREAD: What's It Worth? Should I Buy? What's the Cost?◄◄ $$

$650, without question I'd buy it. It looks like a huge heap but it seems there's plenty of goodies for nicer cars. That is, if everything works.

Re: Is the brand Drag Wheels any good?

You get exactly what you pay for but I wouldn't consider them a bad choice. Like rota and a few other knock off brands they get the job done. I've never owned a set of drags, but plenty of rotas. If...
