Hi again. I took my car to a car shop and they said it shorts out when I do the wipers for the wiper fluid. He got it working temporaily but he says he wants it for a full day. What does that mean?...

I am not a car person. Where can I find the wires to see if they broke or have a tear in it?

yes the fuse did blow again.

Hi. I tried to turn on my windshield wipers but they wouldn't work. I check the fused, it was burned out. Replaced it and I tried to turn the wipers on and it worked but I tried again and they won't...
