I bought a 96 honda accord lx automatic 4 dr for $2800 back in aug of this year. This car looks brand new inside out except for the minor scuffs that is on the outside of the car since its 15 years...

1996 @ 340,000 miles, perfect. nothing is wrong but leaks into the spark plug well even after o ring seal is changed. oh well. still running strong.

Them f22b2 are hard to come by with low mileage unless you get a rebuilt one. either way, you're right, direct swap.

Im new to the accord scene so the goal was just to replace the o rings on the bottom of the rocker arms, which i never knew cause i've always had an civic or s2000.

I figure it was going to be too much of an hassel. I don't want power gain. just a less mile engine. Probably going to look into the automatic H22 and see if it fits.

Help guys, but I want to get rid of my automatic 2.2L 16valve non-vtech engine in the future but was wondering if anyone has done this and put the same year model non-vtech automatic 2.7L 6cyl engine...

got it fixed. took it apart and used a magnet and twist that broken bolt out. now gotta do my valves again bc its ticking pretty loud. ahha

i was thinking about that but the 10mm bolt is too small. what do you think can get that broken bolt out?

dang, i was afraid of that. how long do you think i can go with this problem? i will need some time to save up money and get a new head. rather than a new head, i might just get me a new motor cause...

what happen if you break one of the rocker arm bolt, the 10 mm backside bolt? please someone chime in.

First thing you need to know before you answer this question is, this is a 340,000 mile engine. I changed all gasket on the valve cover. I change all new spark...

one question. If you have a obdII non vtech motor but want a obdII vtech motor, you'll have to get the necessary wiring and ecu?
