If you don't know what was in it you probably never changed the
fluid.I would put DEXTRON#3 just to see if it worked if yes ,the drain and fill "flush still" leaves about 2 liters inside.

You will need an impact screw driver to get them out(at least to get them out without stripping them).you will have to secure the pump in the soft jaw vise.

J.B. weld it is your last resort anyways but unless the crack is bone dry it would't work.Try it anyways,you have got nothing to loose,just keep an eye on the fluid level.
