Depending on the miles I would say 8-10k would be good, There is a used TL 06 here in vegas with 90k MIles and its is being sold by the dealer for 19k. So, 2 years less and 1 model down I would say...

run the carfax on the car and see if it was in any accidents. Altho I think 12k with 65k miles is a bit high. With less miles I would say it would be good price but thats alot of driving for 3years....
