About to do Valve adj and cover gasket. What clearances to run?

Hello everyone hope all is well.

Im going to be doing my valve adjustments on my 03 Honda I4. The valve cover has a small leak so I have the new gasket set.
But I figured while im in there let me...

Hi it's a 2003 honda accord 2.4liter.

I replaced both fan motors...because the drivers side was not working. The original oem passenger side I kept as a spare.

So with the AC off....it takes...

It could be a number of things...check your...

It could be a number of things...check your ignition system first...if you have good spark...then check your idle speed and idle components...you could also have a slipping tranny imo usually does...

Check your ignition system make sure your getting spark....if yes then suspect your fuel regulator or fuel pump. Dont drive till u fix...its gonna leave u stranded next.

Manny it vibrates while at normal idle...harder when ac comp clicks on at that point the idle needles barely blips a little....but my idle doesnt surge or go too low.

The engine basically shudders...

This is IAB operation basically:

Symptoms of a shot IAB solenoid are nonfunctional secondary butterflies.

Proper operation is as follows: under 4800RPM, vacuum is applied to the IAB diaphragm....

I am idleing at 750-800 with the ac on. 700-750 with it off.
It is steady even while the engine is shaking the tach needle is showing pretty steady. When the ac clutch kicks on is when the engine...

I've discovered it is called the IAB vacuum box....the intake air bypass box.
It seems many go around removing or disabling this. I have found this is an incredible feature that lets the engine use...

Well I went ahead and bit the bullet on swapping out the rear motor mount on my 92 accord Ex 4cyl. Which I've been told is responsible for the horrible idle shaking this car has..due to broken mount...

Did that really fix your problem? doesn't sound right but im going to try and find the first wire that you mean i guess and give it a try. Hope you don't mean air tubing.

Any luck with this? after a 2nd drive in my car...this is exactly what is happening to me as well....it's going up by about 500rpms....then back down....anywhere between 50-70mph....it is def not...

92 Honda Accord EX engine revs down at 64-65 on highway.

2.4l 4 cyl. eng. coupe

While on the highway cruising right past 63mph it starts to buck slightly and rev down about 500 rpms then goes back up. does this until about 68-70...then stays normal.....

Genuine Honda Kit is 04313 PSA 305 goes for about 50 bucks locally 40 bucks internet.
It comes with new brushes it's enclosure, a black slider or plastic pin, a copper puck or penny that slides over...

went around to the other side and checked on it...it had the 181lbs...possibly more...I didnt mess with it after the torque wrench clicked.

Drivers side is now with new axle...different...

Yes this is for the front....and I would think the 94 specs would be the same...altho this is the trapped rotor kind of setup and I don't know if they abandoned that by 94.

Please post the correct axle nut torque for front wheels.
I was replacing the driver side hub/bearings recently and discovered the axles threads had been stripped....I was trying to torque it down...
