Okay so it wasnt the lower seals. . it was a bad gasket job. after scraping all the old nasty gasket off and installing a new one the leak stopped :))) now the axels broken. weeee haha. make sure...

Kay so I just took another look at it, ran the car and watched for oil. it looks like its coming from the upper seal. I took the valve cover off and the seals not pinched or anything. both the upper...

Well i just took off the valve cover and those gaskets seem to be fine
it might be the lower ones but it would suck if i took the whole assembly off and it wasnt (I replaced them like 2 or 3 weeks...

So I recently changes the valve cover gasket and the o-rings. I even took the rocker off to get to those hard to get ones. I was putting on new spark plug wires when i noticed the second plug hole...
