go look up the stats, this isnt a B18C5, this is the JDM B18c which is already ratted at 197hp. it already has a skunk 2 pro series coated intake mani. w/ a race header on it and im putting a Thermal...

i MIGHT change the cams, im not sure yet.

i only wanted to change small things to strengthen it a little.
ignition items, throttle body, cam gears, small things like that

yeah well i have a few pieces to sell cause i was planning on boosting a GSR but i guess im just gonna sell the pieces now and i was gonna sell my LS swap, prob not worth alot but it has eagler rods...

yeah i thought N/A would be more reliable.

MY friend just offered me a B20 block so i might just go with that and get a built GSR head for it. does anybody know exactly what B16 tranny is best for...

well yeah of course im gonna build the block also.
I plan on going all out on this so my minds leaning towards a completely built GSR Boosted, im talking from performance pistons/rods to performance...

Hi guys I plan on doing a motor swap for my CRX SI once i save up a fre thousand dollars.

Now i need some advice on which method would be cheaper and more reliable.

well i took it up to the shop and they said something was warped or cracked, not blown.

and they said my best option would be just to replace the head.

i have an 00 civic ex with a d16y5 engine.

one of the cylinders is blown so instead of fixing that, im just gonna buy a new head for it.

now, i need to know if i will need any mods or anything...

yeah ive been doing some research and the type-r is just wayyy out of my budget, a b16 will do just as fine, im just having a little bit of trouble finding a good JDM one, but hows this set up...

so far all I have is a B18A1 engine swap with eagle rods and JE pistons.

the the B18A1 isnt V-tech so...
