Ok I am nearing the end of my build and I have these 2 tb's, one is said to be ITR opening is 62mm and tapering to a 58mm end, it also does not have a IACV just an inlet and outlet and only has one...

The code 9 popped up when I shifted from 1st to 2nd at 7k passing someone about a month ago, it didn't appear to run any worse, just a rare occasional burp/buck when im driving.

The car is a 91...

None of those suggestions helped, thank you for trying though.

For other people having these issues I found what was causing it through some more trouble shooting, the timing was off by a lot,...

I bought the car on the cheap, all of the work was done by the PO who took great care of it but like me could never find the solution to the bogging.

Its a 91 Integra LS with a b18b swap with 150k...

No, it is just a creaking/clicking noise coming from around the clutch pedal when I press down and release, it operates fine otherwise.

It only creaks when I move the clutch pedal, I will check in the AM if it is coming from the pedal area now, when I did it last week it was coming from the slave cyl area so I assumed that was it...

I got in the car today to go to the doctor no creaking, got to the next town over (8 miles) when I took it out of 5th it creaked and did all the way home too...

That specific answer has not been covered, not in the hour of reading I did.
