Got it. It's a thermal protector. Honda sells it as a unit with wire conector soldered in for $60. Going to just bypass it for now and look for one with the same rating for a few bucks at mouser.com....

Here is the problem circled in the pic. It's the round copper part that the clutch(+) wire joins the harness (+) wire. Looks like a rely or resistor. There is no voltage going from the harness wire...

Thanks for the reply. Yes the blower functions as it should. I forgot to mention that I did swap the relays around. They are all good. I need to know where the clutch gets it's signal/power from ie....
