Did you check if any of the plugs by the throttle body is loose by chance? TPS, MAP? Also make sure IACV plug isn't loose. What did you clean it with?

I understand that's what the codes mean, but what is the fix? My RPM gauge is functional, O2 is not plugged in, and where is this Electric Load Detector and how can i check if its good or bad?

The motor is out of 95 gsr 4door
The harness is 99 civic ex
Bought jumper for distributor
Bought jumper for ecu; obd2b to obd1 conversion
