Re: Need 2000 Accord Guru Help!

It doesn't always trigger a code, but when it does I get random cylinder misfire.

Re: Need 2000 Accord Guru Help!

Note that I, along with many others, don't live in the states listed and still have the issue.

Re: Need 2000 Accord Guru Help!

It's not the fuel relay -- it's a common problem on 2000 Accord V6s caused by fuel vaporizing in the fuel lines, which occurs under certain conditions:

I replaced my rear shocks a few months ago and I was looking for the same thing:
- a good value
- OEM ride quality
- reliable

After reading a number of reviews, I went with the KYB G2s. I was...

Re: Looking to buy a 2002 Accord but I'm confused with the advice I've been getting?

I think the responses in this thread are being a little too harsh. Sure, the 98-02 V6 Accords are known for transmission issues, but that fact alone wouldn't keep me from purchasing one (I bought...

Re: 2000 accord shuts off randomly video up

Again, my car did the exact same thing including the blinking check engine light. I had it scanned and it had 5 or 6 codes -- individual cylinder misfires, and then all/random cylinder misfires. ...

Re: 2000 accord shuts off randomly video up

Also, I should add that if you press the accelerator and hold the RPMs between 2,000 and 3,000 for about 30 seconds, your car should run fine. Another theoretical fix that I haven't tried yet, is...

Re: 2000 accord shuts off randomly video up

I have the same issue with the stalling on startup after a short drive. I've researched the issue thoroughly and came across a thread that describes exactly what we're experiencing. Message me for...
