You would need ideally a intake manifold from a d16Y8 but any MPFI intake should do - for the exception of the d16y7. Since you have a dpfi sedan I would read here about doing the mpfi swap first....

:agree: it's not totally necessary, but yes. Also one can run the d15 belt on the d16 in a pinch as the belt itself is only 1 tooth different. :thumbup:

Gee, no Shite? Of course they are different! Did I say they were the same? Of course not. I said the CAM GEAR is the same, and it has timing marks for both cams.

The y7/y8 cam gear is different...

14210-PM3-000 - same part number for cam gear for D16A6 and D15B1 and D15B2

D15B1 and D16A6 use same PM3 head.

The OP just needs to use the right cam gear and right belt and tension the...

Dude read the Op posts. They only swapped the cam. No need to swap the cam gear.

Yes, that turns on your fan, but it gets it's signal from the sender on the back of your block. Replace that and you should be good.

The only way you could possibly get that fuel somewhat atomized would be before the throttle body bolts to the manifold. Where it is now is not going to work for the forementioned reasons. I still...

You can use either fuel rail, and throttle body. Just that if you run obd0, the mpfi swap is easier for you to do. So if you were to stay obd0, you would use the a6 injectors, and the a6 dizzy. If...

Yes you can use the d16a6 head on the b7 bottom end, Bolts right on,
You will have to change out the injectors for the ones off the a6 if you want to stay obd0. Everything else should be able to be...
