I dont see how the tensioner bolt seal would affect the position of the cover? The cover right now seems to be bowed out... if you were to not put the seal on I would think it would return to proper...

I have a 95 accord 2.2 non-vtec. I have replaced the entire cooling system and bled all the air out, and yet the temperature gauge wont go past 1/4 temp... is this normal?

You might have a frozen slave cylinder.Also, check your fluid level, and your gonna be able to shift without the clutch when car is off
